Honestly didn’t expect much, probably expected to get cracked but everyone there was so nice. They were quick and didn’t try to over sell anything The tech even helped me switch my back windshield wiper that I been fighting to get off for a couple months It was super fast and a fair price. I would definitely go back

Came in for an oil change since the reviews are great. I also knew my brake pads were running thin in the front. Mechanic was honest and told me what I knew. Im running on thin ice in the front and the back has 40% meat left. The guy at the front desk runs a estimate and hands me a proposed bill. Brake pads and routers on all 4 wheels. It shows $1,400.(I didn't need roters on any by the way). I told him I'll do the oil change and front pads. When i pick up the car I get a $565 bill. I asked why would a simple front brake pad change cost ($430). He said thats how much it cost till he realized he never took out the roater parts and labor out of the bill that was never done. He corrected the error but it still left a sour taste in my mouth. They were quick and the job was done but your typical mechanic under a franchise name.

They're either scammers or incompetent, not great either way lol not going back. Shoulda listened to somebody who told me they knew the manager and warned me about getting scammed, that's on me. WHAT HAPPENED: Took my car in because my engine fan would keep running after I turn my car off, draining the battery. Midas said I needed to change my fan module. They quoted me a very high price for the part needed...the clerk even tried to say "yea I was surprised by how expensive the part is." This made me very suspicious. They showed me the work order in person but I didn't catch the part number. So when I got home I called them I had them email me the work order so I could look up the part myself. I found the EXACT place they were buying it from (RockAuto in the Bronx) and turns out they up-charged the part over twice as much as what it is online. Up-charging for convenience and warranty on the part I can understand. But OVER DOUBLE is insane. So I ordered the part myself, next day shipping. Midas installed the part. Same day the engine over heated. One of the two fans in the dual fan system wasn't working now. I take it back...they tell me it's the wrong part cause the part order

Great experience, the front desk technician took me in immediately and gave me options for the different service that would work best for me. The technician was super quick and very knowledgeable about the service. It was definitely quicker than expected and the results were amazing. Great crew and great service

Nobody beats Midas! They fixed up my blue Subaru Outback, and even though she’s a bit older, we want to keep her running for as long as possible. We use it like a work truck for trips upstate, so safety and reliability really matter to us. The team here takes care of everything and gives us real peace of mind. The warranty is real, the service quality is real, and I never have to worry because I know I’m dealing with true professionals. I love that I can just drop off the car and pick it up fixed. Tony, Jean, and the whole crew are absolutely the best. It really is the Midas touch! You won’t be disappointed.
